The first step is to understand the position(s) you need filled and gather all of the necessary information to give us a clear picture of the type of candidates you would like to see.
Using our resources, we will identify potential candidates and phone screen them, to ensure that they are qualified and align with the job description and your preferences. Once each candidate is properly vetted they will be submitted to you along with a resume and brief candidate summary, for you to review.
Once you identify candidates that you'd like to move forward with, we will help coordinate the interviews, to help expedite the recruitment process.
After the interviews, we will follow up with the candidates to get their feedback and determine their level of interest in the role. We will also provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates and keep in touch with them in case other opportunities arise.
When you decide to make a job offer, we will negotiate the job offer on your behalf. This includes discussing salary, benefits, start date, and any other terms and conditions.
Our team maintains regular communication with all newly hired employees to ensure their readiness and enthusiasm to make a positive impact on your organization from Day 1. During the onboarding process, we ensure that new hires have all the necessary resources and receive answers to any questions they may have before their first day. We understand that there is a considerable risk of unexpected issues arising during this stage, and we take on the responsibility of preventing any potential disasters to ensure a seamless transition for you.
